Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. We require 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments. Clients can cancel appointments by using their app, by calling the salon, speaking with front desk, texting the salon, or by leaving a voicemail if out of salon hours. To respect your time as well as our staff, we set aside time for your individual appointments. Because of this, we REQUIRE 24-hour notice for any service. Clients cancelling appointments with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the appointments menu price. Any no-call or no show cancellations within 1 hour of the service time will be charged the full service amount. We understand and do not ever charge clients who are ill. We do ask that you call as soon as possible in order for us to fill that time in our busy schedules.
Refunds
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied, we would gladly like to make a solution work for you if you are ever dissatisfied with your service. Studio B Salon proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Studio B, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and extensions/wigs are final. No returns and no exchanges.
Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned if found defective within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

Any entity accessing or using this site, represents and warrants that you accept the data practices and terms described in this Policy and as applicable, the Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue your use of the Sites and Services immediately.

We may share this Contact Data, Profile Data, Patron Data, Appointment Data, Order & Invoice Data, and Transaction Data with our service providers and partners to the extent necessary to provide you with the Services and Patron Services.
Appointment, Order, and Invoice Processing: We use Patron Data, Appointment Data, and Order & Invoice Data to schedule appointments, and process orders and invoices on behalf of Salons, including those placed through the Patron Services. Patron Data, Appointment Data, and Order & Invoice Data may be used to communicate with a Patron on behalf of a Salon regarding an appointment, order, or invoice.
Customer Service: When you contact us through the Sites or Services, including submitting a “contact us” or other online inquiry form, subscribing to the Services, submitting a review, contacting customer support team, utilizing the chat function on our Sites, submitting questions, answers, or comments on Facebook, subscribing to a newsletter or blog, entering a contest, registering for a demo or webinar, completing an online survey or any other means, we may record your Contact Data and your Support & Inquiry Data in our customer relationship management system and use your Personal Data to respond to you. If you provide a mobile phone number to us, you are explicitly granting us permission to send text messages to that number to respond to your request and to contact you at that number via an auto-dialer, which we may do at our discretion.
